The Howard Johnson Anaheim Hotel and Water Playground is my absolute favorite resort at Disneyland California due to the convenient walk to the parks, great rates, and fabulous staff. The walk from the resort to the parks is between 5-10 minutes as it is about 3 blocks away. Once I discovered this hotel I absolutely had to stay there and it has been my top choice ever since. Many of the rooms have views of the Disneyland fireworks and they have kids/family suites available. The staff does everything they can to make your stay magical!

Thoughts:
I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Anaheim to visit the parks. The walk is incredibly short and makes running back to the room mid day for outfit changes/nap breaks/snack breaks AWESOME! I recommend this hotel to everyone who goes to Disneyland and the friendly staff makes it even better!
